Homemade Pav and Pizza: A Simple & Delicious Baking Experience

There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh bread filling your home. Whether it’s soft, buttery pav or a homemade pizza with a crispy, cheesy crust, baking from scratch is so satisfying—and easier than you think! Let’s make both with one simple dough. Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp instant yeast ¾ cup lukewarm water 2 tbsp oil or melted butter ¼ cup milk  How to Make the Dough: Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, mix lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it turns frothy. Mix & Knead: In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and oil/butter, then mix into a dough.
