Ingredients: 1) Cauliflower(Roughly picked small flowers),Cabbage(finely chopped or shredded), 2) Ginger(Small piece roughly chopped), 3) Garlic cloves (4-6 roughly smashed with skin *it provides some smell of Chakka which is commonly used in making biryani) , 4) Elachi cloves (2-3 powdered roughly ) 5) Red onions (medium sized 3-4 roughly sliced) 6) Green chilli (3-4 medium sized horizontal cut) 7) Salt According to your taste 8) Oil-1/2 tbsp (or can be reduced if done in nonstick pan or increased according to your requirement) Parboiled Basmati rice or any leftover rice(any rice or brown rice or quinoa) 9) Water accordingly. Andhra Style Eggplant Spicy Curry Prep-Time: 15-20 min Serves:4

1. Diced Red-Onions-2 cups. 2. Washed and Slit Eggplant-1 cup (Here medium sized Eggplant are used). 3. In a bowl mix, Red-Chilli powder-2 table spoons, Salt-1 table spoon, Jeera-1 tea spoon, Roasted Sesame seeds-1/2 tea spoon, Turmeric-1 tea spoon. 4. Fill the mixture inside Eggplant as shown below picture.  5. Make sure there must be no water present inside Eggplant or else this dish may turn mushy in the end. 6. On Medium flame heat a tea spoon of oil (oil of your choice) in a vessel and add diced onions, let it simmer until onions turn translucent. 7. Stuffed Bell peppers- Hyderabadi Style Prep-Time:20-25 min Serves:4

1)Cut the top of the capsicum]/Bell pepper (4 medium sized) about 1 inch from the top preserve the caps, wash the potatoes(5 medium sized) and add them to hot boiling water for 10-12 min(or until u see the skin on potato is wrinkled). 2)In  the meantime take the capsicum caps and by using a straw push the stem from inside to outside slowly with the little white circle as reference so that stem should pop out easily and preserve the caps. (Keep an eye on potatoes as well). 3) Once potatoes are cooked, immediately add them into ice cold water so that you can easily peel off the skin. Roasted potatoes with a twist Serves:4 Prep-Time:10-15min

1) Preheat oven for 3 min on 270°. 2)On baking tray(place a parchment paper {optional depending on the tray}) through in some Potatoes(1/2 kg), Asparagus spears(10-12 spears), Snap beans or Cluster beans(1 1/2 handfuls), Baby Tomatoes(cut in half 1/4 kg), peeled Garlic cloves(8-10 cloves){cloves are optional or use slit cardamom and remove them after baking}and coat them well with olive oil and some fresh Rosemary(3/4), Salt, unsalted Butter (cut in cubes better if used in room temperature) and crushed black pepper(5 as you will use this again for dressing). 3)Place it in the preheated oven on 300° for 8-10 min (keep checking on them so that they don't get the burnt texture, if you find them getting burnt reduce the oven temperature and let them cook for a minute more) 4) After they done baking let them cool in the oven for a minute and place them on a serving plate or desired serving bowl. 5)Brush some oil (Olive oil+ Rosemary +Black Pepper+ Orange juice (1/3rd Cup...
