Stuffed Bell peppers- Hyderabadi Style Prep-Time:20-25 min Serves:4

1)Cut the top of the capsicum]/Bell pepper (4 medium sized) about 1 inch from the top preserve the caps, wash the potatoes(5 medium sized) and add them to hot boiling water for 10-12 min(or until u see the skin on potato is wrinkled). 2)In  the meantime take the capsicum caps and by using a straw push the stem from inside to outside slowly with the little white circle as reference so that stem should pop out easily and preserve the caps. (Keep an eye on potatoes as well). 3) Once potatoes are cooked, immediately add them into ice cold water so that you can easily peel off the skin. Now into a bowl add Salt(1/4th teaspoon), Turmeric(1/2 teaspoon) ,5 Spice powder(2-3 teaspoons {optional}), fresh Black pepper(4-6 No's) crushed or powdered, diced Garlic cloves(5),and add boiled potatoes and mix them with a fork until all spices are mixed well into potatoes(Taste the mixture for the heat). TIP:   dried  red chillies powder (1 tablespoon {optional})...
